Squid

I cannot get used to the name calamari, so I will call it squid. There are so many ways to cook squid that I have read about, but to me they sound rather complicated. So I'm going to leave you all to sort those recipes out and just give you two of our recipes -our son Tim's specialties. Squid is naturally tough to me, but I know it has a flavour all of its own.
