Restaurant Manager - Doyles on the Beach, Watsons Bay
The Doyles Restaurant Group are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for their Beach restaurant. Located on Sydney Harbour at Watsons Bay, this 500 seat restaurant is known the world over for serving the freshest seafood, in one of Sydney's best harbour front locations. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining the quality and tradition for which Doyles on the Beach is famous as well as being able to introduce a fresh approach. The successful candidate will be able to build on current systems and lead with the support of our strong management team to develop exceptional standards of customer service. You should have previous experience in a senior management role in a significant restaurant operation that will enable you to lead, motivate and inspire our front of house team.
